Prairie Chicks Welcome Alannah Lynne

I am so very pleased to introduce and welcome Alannah Lynne to The Prairies this Saturday, April 3rd. I met Alannah through the chat room on RWAOnline Chapter 36 and have been following her writing journey ever since (not stalking, following). Her newest book, Saving Me, was just released on March 10th! And Alannah's going to be giving away a copy on Saturday. Here's the backcover blurb:

Kat Owens can't believe her luck. Her new job was supposed to be a fresh start - one that would lead to a position she's coveted for years. Instead, it reunites her with the man she's spent the past thirteen months trying to forget.
Only a fool would let Kat slip away. That was Erik Monteague's realization upon waking - alone - after an impassioned night with Kat. But Fate has brought her back into his life, and he'll stop at nothing to rekindle their smoldering attraction.
Neither is prepared for the emotional fallout that follows when they act upon their explosive passion. Erik's feelings for Kat force him to confront the painful past that has haunted him for ten years. Kat much choose between a promotion and love, while knowing love might not be enough to save Erik.

Here's Alannah's bio:

Alannah believes there’s nothing more magical than finding the other half of your soul, experiencing fiery passion and knowing you’ve found happily-ever-after.
She loves going to go to work each day (in sweats and a t-shirt) and writing about hot heroes and feisty heroines who torment each other in the most delicious ways before finding their happily-ever-afters.
She lives in the southeast United States with her husband, who also happens to be her best friend and biggest fan. They have two sons, a dog, a cat and an outrageous number of ducks and geese that inhabit the pond on their farm.

Take some time to check out Alannah's website http://www.alannahlynne.com/ and her blog http://www.alannahlynne.blogspot.com/ and then come back here on Saturday - you're don't want to miss this post - talk about inspiration!
